We have the privilege of having family who live 3 blocks from the beach. Not just any beach, but a big, beautiful beach. It is so nice to be able to go down and visit Poppy and Mimzy and play at the beach. I grew up on an island so every now and then I need a fix. Avery has never been down to Port Aransas so this was her first time to play at the beach. This past summer in Canada was way to cold for her to dip her piggies in the water. She wasn't sure at first about it but after a while she discovered how fun it is to pick up wet sand and fling it behind her. She did that for at least 15 minutes.

I had to take this picture of Jake feeding the (nasty) seagulls because there is a picture of him as a little boy doing the same thing. We were hoping Addison would want to do it but she was a little scared. Notice how far away he is... I was not going to get near those things. Eek.
My hubby is hot. :) And talented. He took these pictures of mine and made them look amazing.

Poor Avery, had to wait a whole year to make it to the beach!! At least it was a good visit. Great pictures of some beautiful girls!
