Canada #1

Summer trip to Canada was amazing. Weather was perfect. It rained only once and never got above 70 something. Perfect for someone 8 months pregnant. Jake fished a lot. Addie danced a lot in her 4 new ballerina dresses from Gramma. I rested and ate a lot.

Unbelievable view from Gramma and Papa's deck. 12 acres of beauty and fresh clean air to take in. Didn't take much convincing to get us out there. Delicious Canadian food and family to share it with.

One trip up Mt. Washington just to say we'd been. Too cold for us Texans. This much snow is not a common sight in June. They even opened the ski hill one weekend while we were there. We did not go. That would have been a sight!

Watching Papa play baseball with hot coffee and a hoodie on. Loved how the sun was warm but the air was cool.

Sweet Addie Bean in pants and a long sleeve shirt... yes, that's a big deal. Even at 55-60 degrees she still wanted to dress for Texas.

Memorable Addie quotes include, "Do you memberstand? and Lasterday...". Both words that kind of make sense but will have to be added to the difinictionary later. More to follow if I can remember.
