The Beans first attempt at a photo worthy of a Christmas card. 

Little Peanut was 3 months on the 24th. 

Gramma came for a quick visit while Papa was playing baseball in Florida. We love having Gramma here! She spoils us (including me) rotten with toys and treats and Starbucks.

Addie and her friend Avalon dancing. Neither were interested in getting a "nice" picture. Both wanted to run and play and dance. :) But these are always the best pictures anyway.

Jake and I at the True Bond covenant ceremony. We got to renew our wedding vows with 2 other couples from our lifegroup. 

3 months old! She gave me her first giggle at Aunt Martha's house for Thanksgiving. The sweetest thing!

Special visit from Uncle Preston and Aunt Megan. Their first time to meet Avery. 

After Thanksgiving we didn't waste any time getting into the Christmas spirit. Addie and I made chocolate-dipped shortbread cookies. They turned out much better than the sugar cookies we tried to make last year. We just need to get some Christmas cookie cutters. The Easter ones will do for now. :)

Dancing to Christmas music by the tree. The tree has yet to be "fluffed" in this picture. One day we'll take the girls out in the snow to cut down a real tree (in Canada of course). They don't have snow or real Christmas trees in Texas. If they do, I have yet to see one.
